Charming hotel from 1915 Belle Epoque, completely renovated in 2006, located in the city center next to the shopping mall "Nice Etoile", walking distance to the train station, conference center "Acropolis", beach 10 min away, old Nice where the famous flower market takes place.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 12.00 per day. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
